Terms and conditions
Last updated: October 12, 2026.
1. Website purpose
The Martínez Llaguno website presents the practice, its architecture, interior design and urban design projects, and its contact details. These terms concern use of the public website. Contact: info@martinezllaguno.com. Address: Vasconcelos Pte. 745-9, San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, postal code 66220, Mexico.
2. Information and professional services
The content is informational. Photographs, representations, renderings and descriptions show particular projects or stages and do not by themselves constitute a contractual offer, quotation, promise of results or technical advice for a specific construction project. Features, materials and conditions may vary according to the project’s stage and context.
Sending an inquiry does not automatically establish a professional services relationship. Scope, fees, schedules, responsibilities and other engagement terms will be set out in a specific proposal or contract. No purchases or payments are made through this website.
3. Intellectual property
Texts, designs, trademarks, photographs, drawings, renderings and other materials are subject to the rights of the practice, their authors or other rights holders. Publishing them in the portfolio does not transfer those rights. You may browse the website and share links to its pages. To reuse materials in publications, advertising, products or your own work, request permission at info@martinezllaguno.com, except for uses expressly permitted by law.
Credits and authorship notices must be respected. If you believe any material affects your rights or requires an attribution correction, send the URL, a description of the issue and supporting information so it can be reviewed.
4. Appropriate use
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access to administration or restricted systems, introduce malicious code, alter content, impersonate others or interfere with service availability or security. Send inquiries through the published contact channels and share only information you are entitled to provide.
5. Availability and accuracy
We seek to keep information clear and current, but errors, interruptions or content reflecting an earlier project stage may occur. You may request clarification through the contact email. Content may be corrected and maintenance performed. These terms do not exclude liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited or restrict mandatory user or consumer rights.
6. External services and personal data
External links are provided for reference. Their content and terms are the responsibility of their respective operators; review their policies before providing information. Personal data processing and storage technologies on this website are described in the Privacy notice and Cookie policy.
7. Changes and applicable law
Changes to these terms will be published on this page with their update date. They do not retroactively amend separately agreed services contracts. Applicable Mexican law governs, without prejudice to mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules that may apply. For questions or disputes concerning the website, email info@martinezllaguno.com.
